摘要
教师专业成长中,面临角色不适应的问题,教师需要理顺"变"与"不变"的辩证关系,寻找和认识自我内心世界,合理定位自身角色,抓住专业成长的机会,促成角色实现。
In the process of their professional development, teachers face the problem of being unable to adapt themselves to their new roles. They should bring into a better balance the dialectical relations between "changing" and "unchanging" and try to find and recognize the inner world of themselves, to reasonably orient their own roles and to make use of the professional development to promote the realization of roles.
