摘要 英语教师本身的知识结构对外语教学有着很大的影响。师资的素质和知识结构在很大程度上制约着外语教学的发展。从知识结构的广度、深度和教育心理等方面去探讨英语教师知识结构的不足,提出提高英语教师知识结构素质的几点建议,为寻求英语教学改革提供参考意见。 The knowledge structure of teachers of English has great influence on their English teaching. The makings and knowledge structures of the teacher to a great extent restrict the development of English teaching. The deftciency in the knowledge structure of the teacher of English is explored in the aspects of range and depth of the structure and in the educational psychology. Some suggestions are put forth for the improvement of the knowledge structures of the teacher of English and for the reform of English teaching.
