摘要
建立了以10%聚二乙二醇丁二酸酯为固定液分离、邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标物,气相色谱仪同时测定多元除草剂中甲草胺、乙草胺、莠去津的方法,建立的方法具有分离效果好、准确度、精密度高的优点。建立的方法满足多元除草剂产品的质量监督与生产企业的内部质量控制。
An internal standard gas chromatography was applied in to analysis alachlor, acetochlor and atrazine in multivariate herbicide with 10% diethylene glycol succinate separation and Di-n-amyl-o-phthalte as internal standard. The separation effect of this method was good, the precision accuracy was high. The method can be applied to multivariate herbicide supervision and internal quality controls in produce enterprise.
