摘要
瓶膜法测试3种杀虫剂对猫栉首蚤的毒力,并进行现场控制试验。结果表明:40%毒死蜱EC、5.7%氟氯氰菊酯EC、10%吡虫啉WP3种杀虫剂对猫栉首蚤的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为225.6937、23.0506、12.0043mg/L。现场控制推荐使用质量浓度(有效含量)分别为400～800、20～40、10～20mg/L。
The toxicities of three pesticides to Ctenocephalides felis, and the field control effects were tested. The results showed that the median lethal concentration （24 h LC50） of 40% chlorpyrifos, 5.7% beta-cyfluthrin and 10% imidacloprid was 225.6937, 23.0506 and 12.0043 mg/L, respectively. The recommended concentration of three pesticides was 400 to 800, 20 to 40 and 10 to 20 mg/L, respectively.
