7种食用色素对香石竹的染色效应 被引量:8

摘要 探讨了7种食用色素对香石竹的染色效应。结果表明:香石竹对日落黄和柠檬黄适应性较好;其次为亮蓝、胭脂红和苋菜红,对鸡蛋黄和果绿适应性较差。不同食用色素适宜的染色浓度和染色时间分别为日落黄12 g/L、3 h,柠檬黄6 g/L、3 h,亮蓝9 g/L、4 h,胭脂红9 g/L、4 h,苋菜红3 g/L、4 h,鸡蛋黄6 g/L、6 h,果绿12 g/L、6 h,适宜的pH值分别为8.0、8.9、6.6、8.9、9.2、8.3和7.6。切花开放程度大时染色速度快,花枝去叶与否对染色效果影响不明显。染色后的香石竹瓶插寿命显著缩短,但能达到切花所要求的4-6 d的观赏期。 The dyeing effect of edible pigments on Dianthus caryophyllus was studied. The results showed that sunset yellow and tartrazine were more suitable for D. caryophyllus than brilliant blue, ponceau 4R and amaranth, egg yolk color and apple green were not suitable for D. caryophyllus. Suitable density and time of different edible pigments were sunset yellow (12 g/L, 3 h), tartrazine (6 g/L, 3 h), brilliant blue (9 g/L, 4 h), poncean 4R (9 g/L, 4 h), amaranth (3 g/L, 4 h), egg yolk color (6 g/L, 6 h) and apple green (12 g/L, 6 h), respectively. The optimal pH value were 8.0, 8.9, 6. 6, 8.9, 9.2, 8.3 and 7.6, respectively. The dyeing speed was fast when D. caryophyllus opened in a large degree. Flower stems with more or less leaves were not significant difference to dyeing. The vase life became shorter after dyeing but still had a period of 4 - 6 days for ornament.
