摘要
2008年春节前夕,珠三角地区出现了一股大规模的"退保潮",这一现象的出现既是因为制度的缺陷,又是地方利益驱动所造成的。针对这一问题提出了进行户籍制度改革、社保先省内统筹再全国统筹的解决方法。
A large-scale retreating phenomenon of the migrant workers occurred in pearl river delta before the spring festival of 2008, The reason of this phenomenon is not only because of the institutional fault, but also the cause of profit drive. The author put forward measures to how to solve this problem, which is including the reform of household registration system, social security should be co-ordinate the province at first and secondly national manpower.
