作为公司治理和业绩评估标准,EVA(Economic Value Added经济增加值)正在全球范围内被广泛应用,并逐渐成为一种全球通用的衡量标准,是一套比较先进的激励理论。现对A集团EVA激励方案进行剖析,旨在说明EVA在企业绩效管理评价中所扮演的角色和重要作用。
As a performance assessment standard, EVA(Economic Value Added) is being used widely all over the world and it is becoming an available criterion and advantage motivates theory. Now we analyze and study the EVA system of A Group in order to explain the important role and function in performance assessment system.
