摘要
对地方高校研究生就业难的原因进行分析,指出了专业设置不科学、不合适的培养模式、研究生培养质量的下降和用人单位用人观念的变化等是导致地方高校研究生就业困难的原因。在此基础上提出了解决的方法:专业的科学设置、研究生培养模式的改变、提高研究生培养质量和加强研究生的就业指导等。
The article analyzes the reason of the employment difficulty of current postgraduates in local university. The reasons include unscientific setting of professions, inappropriate mode of postgraduate education, the change of talent consumption's concept, quality's decline of the postgraduate education etc. Then solutions are put forward for promotion: scientifically set professions, pay attention to the mode and quality of the postgraduate education; and enhance the career guidance for the postgraduates etc.
