摘要
在人力资源管理的工作中,随着企业"以人为本"的思想逐渐得到重视,心理治疗的理论和方法逐渐在解决员工心理问题和工作压力中加以应用,心理治疗方法主要应用于人力资源管理的个别谈话和团体培训中。
In human resource management, as the opinion of "human plays the vital role" attracts much more attention, psychotherapy's theory and method is gradually put into practice, so as to help the managers and stuffs to resolve psychological problems in their daily life. Psychotherapy method is mainly applied in individual discussion and group training in human resource management.
