摘要
工作分析是确定完成各项工作所需责任、技能和知识及环境的系统过程,鉴于目前国内一些企业的人力资源管理者对工作分析的认识存在误区,从工作分析是企业人力资源管理的基础这一观点出发,分析了工作分析的意义、工作分析的路径以及工作分析结果的应用。
Job analysis is the system process of making certain the responsibility, skill, knowledge and circumstance in completing all kinds of work. Because there are some understanding mistakes of some human resource managers, this paper analyses the significance of job analysis and the path of job analysis and apply the result of job analysis from the point of job analysis is the foundation of human resource management.
