REDUCING CONSUMPTION OF SULPHUR REMOVAL SOLUTION IN PURIFICATION SYSTEM OF FEED GAS

甲醇装置原料气净化系统运行问题多，操作困难，脱硫溶液消耗高，成为影响生产的一大难题。通过对原料气生产和净化系统各物相组成和杂质的分析，找出了问题的主要原因，采取了一系列的技术改进措施，使原料气净化系统脱硫溶液消耗降低，生产运行稳定。

There are many problems such as difficult operation and higher consumption of sulphur removal solution in the purification system of feed gas in our methanol plant,which is a great problem affecting normal production.The major reasons causing problems have been found by analyzing the stream phase compositions and impurities in the feed gas production and purification systems,and a series of technical improvement measures have been taken to decrease the consumption of suphur removal solution in the purification system of feed gas and stabilize the production.
