摘要
目的探讨介入化疗栓塞治疗肾上腺转移瘤的方法和临床疗效。方法对12例肾上腺转移瘤患者行动脉插管化疗栓塞。结果12例患者共行19次化疗栓塞,成功率100%,治疗后临床症状改善率100%.术后随访3个月,82%(10/12)碘油沉积良好。结论介入化疗栓塞治疗肾上腺转移瘤安全、有效,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of the chemoembolization for adrenal gland metastatic tumor. Methods Chemoembolization was performed in 12 patients with adrenal gland metastatic tumors. Resuits Twenty patients received 19 times chemoembolization procedures ahoge of the clinical symptoms were improved. Three months after the procedure, the ther,the achievement ratio was 100%. All lipiodol deposition was still well in 10 cases. Conclusion Chemoembolization is one of the safe,valid therapy in treating adrenal gland metastatic tumor.
