从政党伦理的视角来看,执政党要获得和增强执政合法性资源就必须树立和坚定为民众谋利益的伦理价值理念以及在广大民众中树立党的道德权威形象。以此为参照,对1927年-1949年期间国共两党的政党伦理进行解析,将能对国民党执政合法性丧失与中国共产党执政合法性生成的内在的必然逻辑性有更加清晰的了解。

In a viewpoint of ruling party＇ s ethics, the rifling party must adopt and strengthen the ethic value of woiking for the happiness of people, and set the party＇ s moral authoritative image to the public, in order to obtain and enhance the legal ruling resources. Thus, according to the above, this article makes an analysis of the rifling parties＇ ethics of CPC and KMT during the period from1927 to 1949. This will help people have a clearer understanding of the inherent and inevitable logic of the loss of KMT＇s rule legality as well as the logic of the formation of CPC＇s rule legality.
