传统中医网络诊疗是否可能——对卫生部《互联网医疗卫生信息服务管理办法》第四条的质疑

On the Feasibility of Cyberspace Diagnoses and Treatments of Traditional Chinese Medicine ——Oppugning Item 4 in The Management Measures on Information Services of Medicine and Health on Internet by Ministry of Health of P.R.C.

传统中医诊疗疾病望闻问切的特点和方法与网络是可以结合的,传统中医的网络诊疗是可行的,卫生部关于《互联网医疗卫生信息服务管理办法》第四条对传统中医网诊的简单武断的禁止性规定是错误的。

The uniquenesses and methods of diagnoses and treatments by watching, listening, asking and feeling of traditional Chinese medicine can be combined with Intemet, and cyberspace diagnoses and treatments of traditional Chinese medicine is possible. So it is wrong that Item 4 in the Management Measures on Information Services of Medicine and Health on Internet by Ministry of Health of P. R. C. prohibits cyberspace diagnoses and treatments arbitrarily.
