摘要
对江西省某市10所中学的英语教师反思性教学实施的现状进行调查。结果表明,接受调查的教师和学生对反思性教学的理解有一定的出入,部分教师对反思性教学的内容和功能还存在一些误区。所调查的英语教师对于进行反思教学的重要性和迫切性有所认识,但却很难适时地对英语教学进行反思,也缺乏具体的方法和技巧。英语学科中,教师接受的职能训练非常有限,并倾向于采用报告、日志和听课的方法进行反思,行动研究在中学英语教师中还没有得到应有的普及。
The author makes an investigation into the present situation of reflective teaching used by English teachers in ten secondary schools of one city in Jiangxi Province. It turns out that there are differences between the teachers' understanding of reflective teaching and the students' understanding, and even some teachers have certain misunderstanding of the contents and the function of reflective teaching. All the teachers in this investigation are somewhat aware of the importance and urgency of using reflective teaching method, but some of them fmd it difficult to carry on reflections timely on English teaching, and meanwhile, they are short of concrete methods and techniques. In the course of English, teachers usually have very limited function training, and they tend to conduct reflections by means of reports, diaries and visiting classes. It' s clear that the behavior research has not gained popularity among these secondary school English teachers.
