摘要
目的探讨分析踝关节的手术治疗方法。方法回顾56例各种踝关节骨折及脱位的手术治疗。结果56例中随访42例,术后疗效为优31例、良4例、可5例、差2例,优良率为83.3%。结论踝关节骨折手术治疗必须注意以下要点:下胫腓联合的处理,外踝的重要性及处理,复位固定顺序等。
Objective To discuss and analyze the method of operative treatment of anklebone. Methods To review the operative treatment of various kinds of fracture and luxation of anklebone in 56 cases. Results In 56 cases,42 cases received the follow-up treatment,31 rated as excellent,4 as good,5 as fair,and 2 as poor. The rate of excellence reached 83.3%. Conclusion The matters needing attention in operative treatment of fracture and anklebone include treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis,importance and treatment of external ankle,and sequence of reposition and fixation,etc.
