小儿丘脑肿瘤的显微外科治疗探讨

Approach in microsurgery therapy for child thalamic tumor

目的本研究旨在探讨小儿丘脑肿瘤显微外科手术治疗方法和临床疗效。方法对该院2001年1月至2007年8月收治的16例儿童丘脑肿瘤患者采用显微外科手术经不同手术入路切除肿瘤,并对疗效进行观察。结果16例中肿瘤全切除12例,近全切除2例,部分切除2例;结果发现13例改善,2例出现偏瘫,1例死亡。结论小儿丘脑肿瘤采用适当的手术入路与方法进行显微外科手术治疗效果满意。

Objective To study the aperative methods and their curative effects. Methods Sixteen children patients with thalam- ic tumor accepted the microsurgeries via different operative approaches in our hospital from January 2001 to August 2007 and their curative effects were abserved. Results Among 16 cases,there were 12 cases of total tumor resection,2 cases of near total resection and 2 partial resection. The results showed that 13 cases improved, 2 hemiplegic paralysed and 1 dead. Conclusion The satisfied effect can be obtained when microsurgery therapy is employed via proper operative approach and method to cure child thalamic tumor.
