试论区域生态地质环境质量评价的几个问题——以珠江三角洲经济区为例

Some Issues on Regional Eco-geo-environmental Quality Evaluation——Taking the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone as an Example

区域生态地质环境质量评价工作需从评价区生态地质环境条件、人类活动特点、生态环境地质问题系统分析入手,结合社会经济发展需求,建立具有地域特色、易于操作的评价指标体系,选择可行的评价方法,应用包括G IS、RS在内的评价技术与工作平台,重视评价过程分析并强调评价结果的检验。以珠江三角洲经济区生态地质环境评价为例,从区域生态适宜性与人居适宜性角度分别进行基于G IS的生态地质环境质量模糊综合评价,获得了与调查结果基本一致的评价结果,达到了为农林业优势发展空间的选择、泛都市空间拓展方向的确定提供宏观依据的预期目标。

Regional eco-geo-environmental quality evaluation （REQE） is an important part of eco-environ-geological work. This paper discusses the major issues regarding to how to effectively implement REQE. It is believed that the effectual implementation of REQE needs to look for cut-in points based on the systematic analysis of ecogeo-environment, human activities and eco-environ-geological problems and the consideration of societal and economic demands, to scientifically establish characteristic index system suitable for easy evaluation, to select feasible method, to get convincing weights for each indicator and to flexibly apply evaluation techniques including GIS and RS, to attach importance to process analysis and to emphasize on verification of evaluation results. GIS- based eco-geo-environmental fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out respectively in terms of regional eco- suitability and housing suitability in the case study of eastern Pearl River Delta Economic Zone. The evaluation outcomes on the whole fitted the field results. The objectives were reached to provide macroscopic bases for selection of favorable spaces for agriculture and forestry and for expansion of pan-metropolis.
