摘要
废旧印刷线路板中含有多种有色金属,若将其随意丢弃或采用不恰当的处理方法,不仅会污染环境,还会造成资源流失。本文对采用重力分选技术实现废旧印刷线路板中有色金属富集的可行性进行了研究。结果表明:重选法(摇床)可以实现废旧印刷线路板中有色金属和玻璃纤维、树脂的分离;在实验的破碎粒度范围内,将废旧印刷线路板破碎到-0.5mm时,摇床分选效果最好。
Waste printed circuit boards contain many kinds of non-ferrous metals.It will result in environmentalpollution and resource waste without disposal or being disposed unsuitably.In this paper,the feasibility of enrichment of non-ferrous metals by gravity concentration was studied.The results show that the waste printed circuit boards can be separated by gravity concentration(shaking table)due to the different densities of metals,glass fiber and resin.And in the range of tested particle sizes,it is proved that this process can get satisfactory separation efficiency if the waste printed circuit boards are crushed to-0.5mm.
