物流研究是20世纪60年代起才开始逐渐深入并走向白炽化,各个学科的专家学者从不同的角度对物流展开探讨性研究,物流企业区位的相关理论研究也正如物流运作本身具有的特点一样,体现了"集成"的特征,形成有各个学科独立思想存在的综合性理论思路。同时,物流是高度信息化和技术化的服务行业,其区位行为呈现"流动性"和"虚拟化"特征,表现出传统的区位理论无法解释的区位选择现象。文章综述国内外物流企业区位研究理论,寻求物流企业区位选择的共性,以期遵从物流企业行为力规律基础上有效引导物流市场健康发育。

Logistics research develops quickly since 1960＇. Scholars of various majors start to study it form different aspects. Most theory of logistics corporations＂ location integrates the other theories. Logistics corporations＂ location that can＇t make clear with traditional economic theory has special character-sometimes it is ＂floating＂ and ＂windy＂. This paper focus on summarizing foreign and domestic theory of logistics corporations＂ location, in order to find and obey the rule of logistics corporations＂ location, and advance the heahhy development of logistics market.
