第四方物流在我国发展现状及对策研究

随着经济的全球化、信息技术的发展及竞争环境的迅速变化,对物流提出了新的要求,不仅要求物流在降低成本、提供便捷服务方面有所建树,还要求物流企业能够提供一整套的供应链解决方案,以提高企业的整体竞争力。在这种情况下第四方物流这一新兴的物流方式应运而生。文章首先对第四方物流在国内外的发展现状进行总结分析,发现第四方物流在国外已进入成熟阶段,而在国内还处于萌芽阶段。其次,从发展第三方物流、培养专业物流人才、改变企业经营策略以及转变政府职能等方面,提出了在我国发展第四方物流的对策和建议。

Along with the economic globalization, the development of information technology and the rapid change of the competitive environment, so the new requirements are asked in logistics. Not only in reducing the cost of logistics, providing convenient services, also logistics enterprises are asked to provide set of supply chain solutions for improving the overall competitiveness. Under such circumstances, 4PL the logistics of this emerging form is emerged. First, this paper analysis the status of the 4PL development at home and abroad, 4PL found abroad has entered a mature stage, but 4PL still at an embryonic stage at home. Following, from the development of third-party logistics, professional training of logistics personnel, changing business strategy and the transformation of government functions, this paper gives the and suggestions of the development of 4PL in china .
