摘要
在行驶车辆上，使用１５Ｗ／４０ＳＧ／ＣＤ级通用内燃机油，对在用润滑油的使用性能进行跟踪试验，在实验室里完成油品理化性能、铁谱分析，评判在用油品质量的衰变。对大量实验数据进行处理的基础上，利用统计分析的方法，结合换油指标的变化情况，探讨了发动机润滑油的使用性能，结果表明该研究可直接指导按质换油，保证科学地使用汽车发动机润滑油。
Using 15W/40 SG/CD general engine oil in inuse vehicles,the service test is done to investigate the oil's performances. The oil samples are extracted from the vehicles at certain period. Through the analyzing of the physicochemical properties and ferrography of oil samples at laboratory,we examine the degradation of the engine oil. On the basis of analysis and process of lots of data,and combined with the change of oil change indication,we discuss the performances of the lubricating oil by means of mathematical statistics.As shown in the results,this research can direct changing oil based on its quality,and assure the engine oil being used exactly.
