摘要
文章叙述了通过利用曼尼兹反应条件的控制,对聚丙烯酰胺进行了阳离子改性,合成胺甲基聚丙烯酰胺。探讨了原料配比、甲醛用量、反应时间、反应温度和二甲胺滴加时间等对胺化率的影响,并对其絮凝性能进行了考察。
Aminomethy-polyacrylamide wassynthesized by cationic modified PAM Polyacrylamide and dimethylamine. Mannich reaction was used in the synthesis, and the reaction conditions were under control. The factors of influencing amination rate were discussed including the proportion of materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and dropping time of dimethylamine, flocculability of modified polyacrylamide was also discussed.
