摘要
提出了酒样经超滤脱气直接进样,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定酒中顺、反式白藜芦醇异构体含量的新方法。色谱条件为:固定相BDS Hypersil C18柱,流动相为水-乙腈(70∶30),流动相流速为1.0 mL/min,检测器检测波长分别为306nm、288nm.顺、反式白藜芦醇的色谱峰面积分别与2.0mg/L^47.8 mg/L和2.6mg/L^52.0 mg/L浓度范围内有良好的线性关系。本方法成功地应用于白酒及保健酒中白藜芦醇的测定。
A novel detecting method of cis and trans - resveratrol was developed based on the investigation of chromatographic behavior of the isomers. The HPLC conditions are : BDS Hypersil C18 column with acetonitrile - water as a mobile phase and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and detecting wavelengths are 306nm and 288 nm, respectively. Under the condition, the signal of peak area response linearly the concentration in the range of 2. 002mg/L - 47. 840 mg/L ( cis isomer) and 2.6mg/L - 52. 0 mg/L (trans isomer), respectively. The method is successfully applied to the determination of real alcohol.
