按照教育部本科教学工作水平评估指标体系对师资队伍的要求,深入分析了新建地方本科院校师资队伍的现状,构建了完整的师资队伍建设体系,并提出了切实可行的师资队伍建设具体措施。

In this paper, the actuality of the teaching force in the district undergraduate college buih newly is thoroughly analyzed based on requirement put forward by the Ministry of Education about teaching force in the undergraduate education. It is also proposed that integrated system and practical and feasible measure building up the teaching force in the district undergraduate college. The article has certain reference value to building up the teaching force about the district undergraduate college built newly.
