摘要
应用集对分析及熵权系数理论,建立城市垃圾填埋场选址评价的递阶层次结构,并针对填埋场适宜性评价具有多目标性和不确定性的特点,引入集对分析得出相应的对立度,应用熵权系数的方法确定填埋场适宜性评价指标的权重,在此基础上构建垃圾填埋场选址适宜性评价模型,进行垃圾填埋场最佳场址的选择。
By applying both set par analysis and entropy co-efficient theory, this paper aims to establish a suitable assessment model for evaluating the appropriate site of a new landfill. It first establishes a hierarchical framework for assessing the site of the new landfill. Then by considering the multiple objectives and uncertainty factors, it shows a method of calculating the relevant degree with the application of set pair a- nalysis and decides the weights of different indicators for assessing the appropriateness of the site. Based upon these, this paper finally presents an assessment model for selecting the most appropriate site for a new landfill.
