摘要
分析了各种废旧电池对环境和人体健康的危害,指出目前我国存在废旧电池回收体系不健全、管理法规不完善、缺乏适宜的管理运行机制、处理技术落后等现状,并针对此现状提出了相应的防治对策。
In this paper, the harmfulness of all kinds of waste battery to environment and human health is analyzed, and the present problems of waste battery in our country, especially the incomplete collection system, scarce management regulations, insufficient management mechanism, backward technology treatment, etc. , are also pointed out. At last countermeasures to prevent and cure the waste battery pollution are put forward.
