完善基层民主法制是建设和谐安康社会主义新农村的前提。德庆县从实际出发,采取各种有力措施强化农村基层的民主法制建设,进一步促进了基层社会稳定和经济发展,为推进农村全面建设小康社会提供了有益的启示。
It is vital to perfect the democratic and legal system for the construction of a new and harmony countryside. The government of Deqing County took resolute measures to strengthen democracy at the grass-roots level in rural areas and to promote social stability and economical development, which provided useful experience and lessons for building up a moderately prosperous society.
