八味沉香散对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用 被引量:23

摘要 目的:研究八味沉香散对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素5 mg/kg每日1次连续3d,制备大鼠心肌缺血损伤模型。末次给ISO后24h,心脏取血测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)活性,同时取心在光镜和透射电镜下观察心肌组织形态学和超微结构改变。结果:与正常对照组比,模型对照组血清LDH和CK活性明显升高,心肌组织严重受损;预先给予八味沉香散可明显降低由异丙肾上腺素引起的血清LDH和CK活性的升高,并减轻心肌组织损伤。结论:八味沉香散对异丙肾上腺素致大鼠心肌缺血损伤具有保护作用。 Objective : To evaluate the cardioprotective effect of Baweichenxiang powder in rats with isoproterenol( ISO)-induced myocardial injury Methods : Fifty rats were randomly divided into 5 gToup : normal control group ; model control group ; propranolol group ; low-dose (0. 5g/kg) Baweichenxiang powder group and high-dose (1.0g/kg) Baweichenxiang powder group. A myocardial ischemia model in rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol 5 mg/kg once a day for consecutive 3 days. After ip ISO 24 h , the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) were measured ; the hearts were removed , preserved ancl examined with microscope and electron microscope. Results : The serum activities of LDH and CK in the model control group were significantely higher than those in the normal control group ; Compared with the model control group , low-dose group and high-dose group significantely reduced the activities of LDH and CK . The rats in both low-dose group and high-dose group showed less histological changes than that in the model control group . Conclutions : Baweichenxiang powder has a protective effect against isoproterenol -induced myocardial injury in rats.
