摘要
在高校教学管理中,实行学分制教学管理是一种以人为本,尊重学生的个性发展,便于教师实行因材施教,把竞争机制引进到教学管理中的教学管理创新理念。文章立足于我国目前的现状,对学分制实施过程中的问题进行了分析和比较,在此基础上提出了进一步完善学分制的一些做法。
The teaching management in universities based on the credit system is a teaching management innovation idea, which is kind humanist, respects the student's the individuality development, is advantageous for the teacher to implement teaches students in accordance with their aptitude, and introduces the competitive system in the teaching management. This paper based on the present situation in our country, analyzed and compared to in the credit system implementation process question, and proposed further to consummate the credit system management some measures.
