摘要
以草莓品种"图特拉"为试材,用珍珠岩、蛭石、消毒鸡粪按1∶1∶1配制栽培基质.分别给予不同干旱程度(土壤相对含水量分别为80%,60%,40%,20%)处理.结果表明:土壤含水量为80%和60%的草莓植株的光合速率(Pn)较高,光合日变化的"双峰"和"午休"现象较明显;含水量为40%时植株的Pn有"双峰"和"午休"现象,但Pn值有所下降;20%水分处理植株的Pn较低,"双峰"现象不明显.
The test material is strawberry varity Tudla.Mixing vermiculite, chickenfeces and pearlite under pro rata 1:1:1 for culture medium. Strawberry's photosynthesis responsed to different arid degree (relative water content is 80%, 60%,40%, 20% ). The result indicated that 60 % and 80 % relative water content strawberry's Pn is high,their "split-blip" and "the midday rest" phenomenon is obvious. 40% relative water content strawberry's Pn has "split-blip"and "the midday rest" phenomenon,but the photosynthesis speed has droped. 20% relative water content strawberry's Pn vanish "split-blip" phenomenon, photosynthesis nearly stop.
