摘要
0ml浓硝酸与10g碲反应得二氧化碲,溶于氢氧化钠溶液后加硝酸至pH=4,析出二氧化碲,溶3500g二氧化碲于氢氧化钠溶液,过滤,在滤液中加0.25g九水硫化钠净化后,加30%过氧化氢9ml,生成碲酸钠沉淀,溶碲酸钠于盐酸,通二氧化硫得999999%碲。
10g Tellurium is treated with 40ml 65%~68% solution of nitric acid to give tellurium dioxide(Ⅰ),the Ⅰ is dissolved in sodium hydrate solution,precipitated by adding nitric acid at pH4, 35.00g Ⅰ is dissolved in sodium hydrate solution,the leaching liquor is mixed with 0.25g sodium sulphide,filtered,mixed with 9ml hydrogen peroxide 30% solution,and the precipitated sodium tellurate is dissolved in hydrochloric acid,treated with sulfur dioxide,and the resulting tellurium is separated.Purity of tellurium is 99.9999%.
