高纯碲的制备

Preparation of High Purity Tellurium

０ｍｌ浓硝酸与１０ｇ碲反应得二氧化碲，溶于氢氧化钠溶液后加硝酸至ｐＨ＝４，析出二氧化碲，溶３５００ｇ二氧化碲于氢氧化钠溶液，过滤，在滤液中加０．２５ｇ九水硫化钠净化后，加３０％过氧化氢９ｍｌ，生成碲酸钠沉淀，溶碲酸钠于盐酸，通二氧化硫得９９９９９９％碲。

10g Tellurium is treated with 40ml 65%～68% solution of nitric acid to give tellurium dioxide(Ⅰ),the Ⅰ is dissolved in sodium hydrate solution,precipitated by adding nitric acid at pH4, 35.00g Ⅰ is dissolved in sodium hydrate solution,the leaching liquor is mixed with 0.25g sodium sulphide,filtered,mixed with 9ml hydrogen peroxide 30% solution,and the precipitated sodium tellurate is dissolved in hydrochloric acid,treated with sulfur dioxide,and the resulting tellurium is separated.Purity of tellurium is 99.9999%.
