摘要 在以全国152家汽车经销商为研究对象的基础上,运用结构方程模型,通过经销商满意、信任等中间变量对供应商快速反应能力与经销商忠诚之间关系进行研究发现,一方面,与渠道权力等其他因素相比,供应商快速反应能力才是经销商忠诚的主要影响因素,它通过经销商满意和信任间接影响经销商四类忠诚;另一方面,产品供应商应创造趋向于与经销商期望相一致的快速反应能力,使经销商的满意转化为信任,以进一步提高产品经销商的行为忠诚。 This paper examines the relationship between supplier' s quick response ability (SQRA) and distributor' s loyalty systematically, under taking 152 car distributors of china as the investigations, by using the structural equation model, and speculating through intermediate variables such as distributor satisfaction and distributor trust. Then it has pointed out:on one hand, SQRA is the main factor of distributor's loyalty, which influents the four kinds of distributor's loyalty by distributor's satisfaction and trust indirectly compared to the other factors as channel power; on the other hand, product providers should keep their SQRA in line with the expectations of distributors, so as to make the satisfaction into a trust and enhance the distributor's loyalty.
