摘要
随着个人合作建房热潮的兴起,参与和希望参与个人合作建房的人越来越多,个人合作建房者成为了具有一定影响力的消费群体。文章运用抽样调查数据,通过聚类分析方法对合作建房者的参与动机进行了研究,针对每种不同的参与类型给出了具体的管理建议。
With the increase of the number of personal cooperative building house project, more and more people have taken part in or wanted to taken part in the project. The personal cooperators are becoming a group with increasing influences. The paper using spot check data study on the psychology of personal cooperators by the method of cluster analysis. It also provides some specific management advices on different types of cooperators.
