坚持和体现以人为本的根本理念,是由工会组织的性质与特点决定的,也是工会组织全面履行自身职能的基本要求。高校工会坚持和体现以人为本的根本理念,应注重强化教职工的主体地位,着眼于促进人的全面发展,满腔热情地服务于教职工,切实维护广大教职工的合法权益,努力为教职工营造和谐的校园环境。

Adhering and reflecting the fundamental concept of people foremost are determined by the nature and characteristics of trade union organization and also the basic requirements for trade union organization fully implementing its own functions. Trade union in university should emphasize strengthening the dominant position of the staff, aim at promoting comprehensive development of people with great enthusiasm to serve the staff and teachers, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the broad staff earnestly, and strive to create harmonious campus environment for the staff and teachers.
