摘要
本文报道了280例小儿肺吸虫病。该病临床表现主要为发热、咳嗽、胸腹痛、呕吐、惊厥等;临床类型多样复杂,以胸肺型为主,混合型和脑型次之。用硫双二氯酚和砒喹酮治疗效果较好。
The article reported the 280 cases of children paragonimiais. The disease presented clinical principle fever, cough, chest pain and abdmen pain, vomitting, convulsion and poon. Its clinical type were multiple and complex, being chest-lung type mootly, and then mixed type and brain type. The treatment of paragonimiais with bithinol and proziguantel had good therapeutic efficiency.
