摘要
由凝胶纺丝得到的超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维,在光敏剂和交联剂存在下用紫外光进行辐照,使其产生交联结构。通过自制及标准仪器测试表明:在合适条件下进行交联改性后的纤维,既能够保持或提高原有纤维的高强高模的力学特性,又能显著改善它的耐热性能和抗蠕变性能。
y means of UV irradiating with photosensitive agent and mulifunctional cross linking agent,the cross linking modification for UHMWPE fibers prepared by gel spinning process was performed.The modified fibers can keep their original mechanical properties,or may have better behaviours.Meanwhile such fibers have better heat resisting and creep resisting properties.This development can step up the industrialization of the UHMWPE fibers and extend the application areas.
