摘要
我国是一个耗能大国,即使大力发展常规能源工业,也难以填补能源供应愈来愈大的缺口,随之还会带来运输紧张和环境污染等严重问题。只有发展核能,才能缓解能源供需矛盾。要使核电发挥作用,必须在本世纪内努力实施拟定的核电发展规划,建立可靠的资金渠道,坚持确定的技术路线,加速国产化进程,加强建安队伍的建设,为下世纪较快速度发展核电打下基础。
China is a country with a large consumption of energy. Even if there has been a vigorously development of eonventional power industry, the conventional power supply still cannot meet the growing demand for energy. Inaddition, the coal-fired power plants will cause the serious problems in transportation and environmental proteetion. It is only the nuclear power that could bring up the power supply to meet the demand. For the improvement of power supply in the coming century, main ettorts such as: to (?) for developing the nuclear power; to supply the constuctions with reliable funds; to carry out the decided strategy for developing the technology; to realize design, manufacture and construction of nuclear power plants mainly on domestic science-technological and industrial base; to strengthen the construction and installation forces. This will lay a foundation for the faster development of nuclear power in the next century.
