The development of technological journal is challenged by internationalization and marketing problem. Four important factors for sustainable development of technological journal has been discussed in this paper：developing complete system,human contered manage- ment,bringing up high-level editors,and developing an editor-author-reader work net. All these are for the purpose of technological journal＇ s fast development.
