仰卧拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病83例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Supine Extension Manipulation in Treating 120 Cases of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察仰卧拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为手法治疗组(83例)和牵引对照组(37例),分别施以仰卧拔伸手法和颌枕吊带牵引治疗。结果:治疗20次后,手法治疗组的总有效率为93.7%,牵引对照组为91.9%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组在改善头痛和生活能力方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:仰卧拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of supine extension manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 120 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 83 cases were treated by supine extension manipulation and control group in which 37 cases were treated by jaw-occiput traction. Results： After 20 treatments, the total effective rate was 93.7% in treatment group and 91.9% in control group, P〉0.05; treatment group had better effects than control group in improving headache and life quality （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Supine extension manipulation is rather effective for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
