摘要
目的:用HPLC法建立盐知母的指纹图谱,从整体上控制盐知母的质量。方法:采用Kromasil-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.033%磷酸水溶液:乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长210nm,流量1.0ml/min,柱温:30℃。结果:建立盐知母的指纹图谱,共有10个共有峰,各色谱峰有较好的分离。结论:该指纹图谱方法简便、重现性好,为有效地控制盐知母的内在质量提供了一定的科学依据。
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Saline Rhizoma Anemarrhcnac so as to control the quality of Saline Rhizoma Anemarrhenae generally. Methods: Kcromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column was used, with mixture of 0.033% phosphoric acid and acctonitrilc as mobile phase in a gradient mode, detection wavelength 210 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, column temperature 30~C. Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Saline Rhizoma Ancmarrhcnac was established and ten shared characteristic peaks were identified significantly. Conclusion:This method is easy to conduct with good reproducibility, thereby can be used to provide scientific references for the quality control of Saline Rhizoma Ancmarrhcnac .
