盐知母HPLC指纹图谱的建立

Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint of Saline Rhizoma Anemarrhenae

目的:用HPLC法建立盐知母的指纹图谱,从整体上控制盐知母的质量。方法:采用Kromasil-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.033%磷酸水溶液:乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长210nm,流量1.0ml/min,柱温:30℃。结果:建立盐知母的指纹图谱,共有10个共有峰,各色谱峰有较好的分离。结论:该指纹图谱方法简便、重现性好,为有效地控制盐知母的内在质量提供了一定的科学依据。

Objective：To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Saline Rhizoma Anemarrhcnac so as to control the quality of Saline Rhizoma Anemarrhenae generally. Methods： Kcromasil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）column was used, with mixture of 0.033% phosphoric acid and acctonitrilc as mobile phase in a gradient mode, detection wavelength 210 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, column temperature 30~C. Results：The HPLC fingerprint of Saline Rhizoma Ancmarrhcnac was established and ten shared characteristic peaks were identified significantly. Conclusion：This method is easy to conduct with good reproducibility, thereby can be used to provide scientific references for the quality control of Saline Rhizoma Ancmarrhcnac .
