摘要 探讨了胶粉的活化核改性理论。用溶胀度表征胶粉的核改性效果,筛选出松化膨润剂(核改性剂)的品种及用量。考察了活化改性胶粉对NR胶料硫化性能及力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察了胶粉及活化改性胶粉与基质胶间的相界面形态,得出添加改性胶粉的NR硫化胶性能明显改善的理论依据。 The mechanism of activation modification for waste rubber powder(WRP) was studied.This part of mechanism was called the WRP′s nucleus modification theory.The modification results for cutting off S-S crosslink of WRP network were showed by the degree of WRP′s swelling,and therefore the kind of WRP′s nucleus modifier and its addtion were chosen from many chemical agents.It provided the theory basis for improving the properties of the comounds with WRP to study the properties of the compounds with WRP to study the interfacial morphology of WRP or modified WRP and matrix by scanning electron microscopy.
