面罩镜片注塑制品及工艺条件对比优化设计

摘要 本文针对一面罩镜片制品以及注射机和工艺条件进行了优化对比设计。通过定注射机、工艺条件下,对比不同种类性能相似的材料找出最适合注塑材料;定材料、工艺条件下,对比不同锁模力注射机找出最适宜注射机;利用“可行注射工艺窗”找出最小制品厚度;利用“优化注射工艺窗”设计较佳的注射温度和注射压力;通过优化冷却条件制定冷却时间和适宜模具温度;并由材料PVT关系设计合理浇口尺寸、保压压力和保压时间等工艺参数。 s A comparative method had been applied for a mirror part and its process optimal desing in this paper.The most suitable resin for injection molding had been selected by comparing several kinds of resins under the condition of the same injection machine and process.Then as the same method,we would also be able to find the most suitable injection clamp force is 100t.In addition,comparing method could help us to decide what thickness would be reasonable on feasible processing window and what temperature and pressure would be the most optimal on optimal injection condition window easily.After the optimal cooling time and the mold temperature had been decided,we could design the better holding time and pressure by changing the dimension of gate.
