大连口岸进口基础油国外检验结果分析与质量评价

Analyses of Foreign Inspection Result and Quality Assessment of Imported Base Oil at Dalian Seaport

为了了解和掌握外方检验机构对我国进口基础油装船前的检验情况,采用了对装船前的检验结果与所用方法进行分析与评价。结果表明进口基础油中的颜色、残炭和密度采用了两种检验方法,所进口基础油的外观、铜片腐蚀检验结果均相同,500SN进口基础油中的40°C运动黏度、100°C运动黏度指数检验结果出现了一定差异,倾点检验结果有同有异,水分、酸值检验结果都在指标范围内,密度结果都在合理范围内,除90BS基础油残炭值相对较大外,其它基础油的残炭值都比较小。

In order to understand and grasp the inspection of imported base oil carried out by foreign inspection organization before loading on board, the analysis and assessment focus on the inspection result and methods they used before loading on board. The result indicates that two inspection methods were used in testing the color, carbon residue, density of imported base oil; that inspection results of appearance, copper corrosion of base oil are the same ;that inspection results of 40℃ and 100℃ kinematical viscosity, and viscosity index in 500 SN imported base oil show some differences. Meanwhile, the result also shows that there are differences and similarities in the inspection of pour point; that the testing results of acid value and water are in the range of index whereas the density result is in the sensible range. Actually, the carhon residues of other base oils are relative small except 90BS hase oil.
