摘要
以重铬酸钾作氧化剂制备低硫可膨胀石墨。制备的最佳条件是:石墨:乙酸酐:重铬酸钾:硫酸(98%)为1:1.0:0.08:0.3(重量比),反应温度25℃,反应时间50分,该方法具有氧化剂用量少,反应时间短,硫含量低(0.1%),膨胀容积大(260ml/g)等优点,并用仪器对产品进行了测试,目前未见其它文献做过此类报道.
The preparating a low sulphur content expansible graphite with potassium cichromate as oxidant. The best conditions of preparation are : graphite. acetic, anhydride.potassium bichromat, sulphuric acid (98%) = 1: 1. 0: 0. 08: 0. 3 (wt % ratio), reaction teperature at 25℃. reaction time 50 min. There are the advantages in this method: forexample f a small amount of oxidants using, Short reaction time. low sulphur content (0.1 %) and bigger expanded vo1ume (260ml/g) etc.. The products were determined by instruments. We have not seen that the other documents reported lise it.
