溶胶-凝胶法制备含有片状锐钛矿晶体的免烧型氧化钛薄膜(英文)

Anatase TiO_2 Film with Flake Crystals Prepared by a Sol-Gel Method without High-Temperature Heat Treatment

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,在设计的反应体系中制备了锐钛矿型氧化钛溶胶,并采用浸渍提拉法在载玻片上成膜,无需常见研究中的高温热处理,即可获得锐钛矿型氧化钛薄膜。将氧化钛溶胶在40℃烘干后进行XRD测试,发现氧化钛粉末为锐钛矿型结构。对薄膜的扫描电镜分析,发现薄膜中存在片状的锐钛矿晶体。片晶的宽度约30nm,长度从200nm^1μm不等。由于含有片状的锐钛矿晶体,所得的氧化钛薄膜可在紫外线激发下降解罗丹明B。光催化反应进行120min时,罗丹明B的降解率达到45%。 By means of sol-gel method, TiO2 sol containing anatase crystalline grains was synthesized in a designed reaction system. So anatase TiO2 film was prepared by dip-coating technique at room temperature without traditional high-temperature heat treatment. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis for the powders from the drying sol at 40 ℃reveals that the phase of powders belongs to an anatase structure. In Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) images of the film, there are anatase flake crystals with 30 nm in width, while the length changes from 200 nm to 1 μm. The film, containing flake anatase crystals, can decompose P, hodamine B at a rate of 45% after UV irradiation for 120 min.
