摘要 以异丙醇铝为原料采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备水合氧化铝粉体,通过TEM、XRD和IR等手段表征水合氧化铝粉体,研究了异丙醇铝与水的摩尔比(简称R)和水解温度对水合氧化铝粉体特性的影响规律。结果表明,R值对水合氧化铝的尺寸和形貌影响很大。当R为1:1或1:50时水合氧化铝粉体为无定形,且团聚严重;当R值为1:3时,水合氧化铝粉体结晶度高且具有好的分散性。当R值一定时,水解温度80℃比60℃更有利于异丙醇铝的水解。 The hydrous alumina powders were fabricated using aluminum alkoxides as raw materials by sol-gel method. The effect of the mol ratio of aluminum alkoxides to H2O (in brief, R) and the hydrolysis temperature on the hydrous alumina powders was studied. The hydrous alumina powders were analyzed and eharacteristiced by TEM, XRD and IR. The results showed that R had greatly effect on the morphology and particle size of the hydrous alumina. When R was 1:1 or 1:50, the hydrous alumina powders were amorphous and agglomerant; when R was 1:3, the hydrous alumina powders were crystal and good dispersing. Under the condition of the same R value, the hydrous alumina powders were easily fabricated at 80℃ than that at 60 ℃.
