摘要
用超声-化学沉淀法制备了纳米铁酸镉(CdFe2O4)粉末。超声辐射Cd(NO3)2·4H2O、Fe(NO3)3·9H2O和沉淀剂得到沉淀物,再在850℃烘5 h制得平均粒径56 nm的纳米CdFe2O4粉末。得到的纳米CdFe2O4粉末用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),傅里叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)进行表征并得到确认。
Nanosized CdFe2O4 was synthesized by an ultrasonic precipitation method. Sonicating an aqueous solution of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and precipitant yielded a precipitation which produced nanosized CdFe204 particles with average particle size of 56 nm after heating at 850 ℃ for 5 h. The nanosized CdFe204 particles have been characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
