摘要
采用共沉淀法合成了具有不同Cu/Co/Mg比例的Cu/Co/Mg/Al四元类水滑石(HTlcs)。对合成样品的结构用XRD,IR,ICP,TG-DTA进行表征分析,并与先期合成的二元类Mg/Al-HTlcs及三元类Co/Mg/Al-HTlcs进行结构差异的比较分析。XRD和IR结果表明,合成的样品均具有完整的水滑石结构且结晶度良好晶像单一,层间距由二元类(Mg/Al-HTlcs)的0.750nm扩大到四元类(Cu/Co/Mg/Al-HTlcs)的0.785nm。TG-DTA分析表明,合成样品的热分解过程均可分为2个阶段,其热分解温度由二元类(Mg/Al-HTlcs为250~390℃)到四元类(Cu/Co/Mg/Al-HTlcs的180~300℃)依次递减。
Cu/Co/Mg/AI hydrotalcite like compounds (HTlcs) with different Cu/Co/Mg molar ratios were synthesized by coprecipitation method. The structures of the hydrotalcite materials were characterized by XRD, IR, ICP and TG-DTA, and the structure differences of the samples had been compared with as synthesized MgAI-HTIcs and CoMgAI-HTIcs. XRD and IR results show that all the materials had good crystallinity and integrated layered structure, the interlayer spacing from 0.750 nm of Mg/AI-HTIcs to 0.778 nm of Cu/Co/Mg/AI-HTIcs. TG-DTA results show that all the samples decomposed in 2 stages and the thermal stability of the hydrotalcites decreased from Mg/AI-HTIcs(250-390℃) to Cu/Co/Mg/Al-HTlcs(180-300 ℃).
