简述了空气悬架中C型托架的作用,对某公交车的C型托架进行了有限元分析,计算出极限工况下的应力、位移,并评估设计的安全性,预测疲劳寿命,为C型托架的设计和试制提供了理论依据。
With a briefly presentation about the role of the C spring bracket in the air suspension systern, the finite element analysis is carried to access the C spring bracket's stress and the displacement ,the design safety coefficient and the fatigue life is evaluated. The theory basis is provided for the C spring bracket.design and trial manufacture
